Seliger-4-class assault ship (fan design)

Another ship from my concept work based on the Winx Club animated series dedicated to fix its mistakes and expand its lore. This model is from the Kingdom of Zenith - the Seliger-4-class assault ship.

Assault ships are bigger than more common transport ships, freighters and shuttles, having more inner space for troopers, much powerful weapons and being well armored. Typically weapons take so much power, that the ship couldn't support omni-directional turrets like smaller ships have. It's possible to rework power relays, so one could install additional turrets, but it depends on pilot's or organization's preferences. Seliger-4-class assault ship is produced by Zenithian shipyards since the early 2000s, a few years before season 1 of Winx Club series, to replace its Seliger-3-class predecessor as a primary assault ship of Zenithian military. Some of these ships have found their way far beyond the military, being used as a personal vehicle by civillian pilots, mercenaries etc. One of these ships would be used by Eli - former Zenithian black ops operative, and the other one (that is shown in render) - by Miramond, the headmaster of Science institute of Zenith. Miramond's Seliger-4 would be occasionally piloted by Tecna during field testing of new and/or experimental technology (P.S.: Tecna in my concept work is a Zenithian scientist working directly with Miramond). Just like its Eraklyonian counterpart, the Umbriel-class, the Seliger-4 doesn't have space for fighter craft.

Seliger-4-class assumes sleek and a bit of aerodynamic style, with wings actually playing the same role as on atmospheric airplanes. This ship is specifically to operate effectively in Earth-like atmosphere with little use of electromagnetic fields to hover above the ground (however, this ship doesn't utilize wheeled landing gear like what atmospheric planes and small ships from Domino use). The ship's interior consists of two major sections - cargo and passenger holds. First one is accessible via ramp in rear section, second one is connected directly to the first and features two-seat cockpit. Seliger-4-class is armed with two twin-barrel plasma cannons as main caliber, placed on dorsal hull, and hexagon-shaped laser beam emitter as secondary weapon, installed right above its engines. There are four engines in total - two bigger and two smaller ones. Hexagon-shaped panels located on the main hull are maintenance hatches for particle collectors and panels located on wings are sensor arrays.

As a source of inspiration I took jet mode of Dai Atlas from Transformers: Zone. And no, my model doesn't transform at all. Just a ship inspired by a transformer, one of the Autobot supreme commanders from Japanese transformers continuity).
