Condor-class battlecruiser (fan design)

For the last 2 years I've been thinking how Winx Club animated series would've looked like in the serious technofantasy setting (sci-fi and fantasy combined). One of the additions in the concept that I developed is addition of massive starships which are mostly absent from original animated series (one particular example is the Peripla from season 8).

So, there is Condor-class battlecruiser in service of Red Fountain (it is now an elite division of Magix kingdom's military, not simply school for specialists). Ships of this class are among most of the big vessels that were built to take fight against various threats (Darkar's forces, criminal syndicates, Dolonian rebels etc). Condor-class ships are the backbone of the Red Fountain's and Magix fleets and are used for many purposes typically associated with patrolling and direct combat. This particular starship - Intrepid - will be given to Avery, Red Fountain intelligence head.

The hull of Condor-class is arrow-shaped, painted mostly in red. This class features two sets of weapons - primary weapons are laser guns located on the central and rear parts of hul (there are 20 of them), and the secondary weapons are plasma turrets scattered all over the ship (there are 56 of them). The ship has six-engine layout with the column of 3 engines on each side.

It also has two giant hangars located on each side. Both hangars have two decks, each of them could fit 5 Owls and over 12 Crows or 2 Hawks. The ship's bridge is equipped with blast shields which slide over the front window when going to combat.

As a source of inspiration I used dreadnoughts from Star Conflict, Elachi S'golth escort from Star Trek and MC80 Liberty class cruisers from Star Wars.
