U.S.S. Springfield H, 32c Pioneer-class

It's my concept of a 32c Pioneer-class utility cruiser, evolved from Star Trek Online's Pioneer-class.

She was created in stylistics of Star Trek Discovery's Season 3. which features minimalistic look with detached secondary hull and nacelles.

The secondary hull IS NOT an engineering section. It functions just like the deflector section of the 24c California class.

Speaking about the ring located in the cutout of the saucer with some electric emitters, let's assume it is one of the unsuccessful alternatives to dilithium-based warp drive. It is now repurposed as a subspace wave generator able to pull ships out of the warp and hold them as long as possible. Consider this ship as an Interdictor of some sorts.
