U.S.S. Maathai, Angelou class

That is my fan-made recreation of one of the starships seen is the season 3 of Star Trek: Discovery. It is an Angelou class USS Maathai.

Overall design of this ship resembles the Stanford thorus, a concept of a giant habitable space station. Literally, as Tilly described, it is a flying rainforest. The forest itself includes water chunks and covered with holographic containment walls. There are no visible warp nacelles.

The name and registry are not seen at all onscreen, but they come from a databook "Star Trek Shipyards - Starfleet ships from 2294 to future".

It's the hardest ship for me to render. It took 30-40 minutes to render each pic of the vessel.
